Karina Pereira is a member of the firm’s complex commercial litigation group. Her practice focuses on government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and antitrust and competition law. She represents both corporate and individual clients in navigating regulatory frameworks and interfacing with the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, congressional committees, and other federal agencies. Karina also represents clients in complex multidistrict litigation against private litigants.
