Kelly’s practice focuses on navigating the energy transition. She supports clients in a broad range of environmental transactional matters, including low-carbon ventures, and counsels private equity, financial institutions, and public and private company clients on environmental liabilities and risk-management across a range of industries. She also has experience in helping companies successfully navigate sustainable financing requirements, such as the Equator Principles. Kelly advises energy companies, financial institutions and funds on climate-related disclosures and various ESG-related matters, including climate reporting, and represents clients in the notice and comment process on related regulations.
