Kevin’s principal area of practice is environmental litigation and regulatory compliance. He frequently assists clients as they manage the environmental compliance requirements for complex infrastructure and energy projects and has experience counseling clients how to capture and protect the environmental attributes of their products and services. Kevin has experience guiding clients through sustainability reporting, corporate greenhouse gas accounting, and mandatory and voluntary climate disclosure frameworks.
