Kylan advises partnerships, corporations, and individuals on the federal income tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and private equity. She also represents taxpayers in tax controversies involving complex domestic and international business transactions.
