Leila is a project finance attorney in V&E’s Energy Transactions & Projects group. Leila represents investors, developers, lenders (including banks and institutional investors), sponsors and borrowers in various types of finance and M&A transactions, with an emphasis on project finance. She advises clients in domestic and cross-border transactions across industries, with a focus on the development, financing, acquisition, disposition and restructuring of major energy and infrastructure projects.
