Lila’s practice is focused on real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, general business transactions, and renewable energy and water supply transactions. She has experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing, amending, and interpreting complex commercial contracts for private and public companies and real estate investment groups. Lila represents a wide variety of clients, including institutional investors and developers holding a variety of real estate assets, and provides advice to major corporations and private equity firms regarding real estate projects, water rights, and renewable energy issues. She also has a broad range of experience in public finance, public infrastructure development, and public incentives.
