  • Affiliates of Global Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition of a 50 percent interest in the multi-billion dollar South Fork and Revolution Offshore Wind Projects off the East coast of the United States from Eversource Energy, including the negotiation of the joint venture arrangements with Orsted for the construction and operation of the projects and all financing arrangements (IJInvestor Joint Venture of the Year, 2024)

  • Equinor (formerly Statoil) on the sale of its Nigerian subsidiary, including its share in the giant Agbami oil field (Nigeria’s largest deep-water field), to Chappal Energies for a total value of up to $1.2 billion, including a purchase price of $710 million and additional contingent payments; the landmark deal marked Equinor’s complete exit from Nigeria

  • Gulf Coast Ammonia as project counsel in the development and financing of a world-scale ammonia project in Texas (Proximo’s 2019 North American Petrochemicals Deal of the Year)

  • Advising the contractor consortium on an LNG receiving, storage and regasification terminal in Europe

  • Enviva, a publicly traded company that acts as the world’s leading supplier of wood pellets as a source of renewable energy, in relation to various wood pellet supply contracts
