Louis Molloy
Louis is an associate in our London Corporate group. He has advisory and transactional experience in project development, cross border M&A, energy-related infrastructure and general corporate work, primarily in the energy sector, including experience in upstream oil and gas and energy transition matters involving renewable fuels.

Experience Highlights
Affiliates of Global Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition of a 50 percent interest in the multi-billion dollar South Fork and Revolution Offshore Wind Projects off the East coast of the United States from Eversource Energy, including the negotiation of the joint venture arrangements with Orsted for the construction and operation of the projects and all financing arrangements
A major international energy company on the successfully signed agreement for the sale of its Nigerian upstream oil and gas business including an interest in a major unitized field
Gulf Coast Ammonia as project counsel in the development and financing of a world-scale ammonia project in Texas (Proximo’s 2019 North American Petrochemicals Deal of the Year)
Advising the contractor consortium on an LNG receiving, storage and regasification terminal in Europe
Enviva, a publicly traded company that acts as the world’s leading supplier of wood pellets as a source of renewable energy, in relation to various wood pellet supply contracts
