Marie is a senior associate in our London office and a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution & Arbitration group. She helps clients to resolve complex cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects.
Marie acts for claimants and defendants in arbitration, litigation, mediation, adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She has represented clients in high-value construction and commercial disputes in a range of industry sectors, in addition to advising clients on project management and dispute resolution avoidance.
She is dual-qualified and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong.
