Michael McCambridge is a litigator with experience in a wide range of complex commercial disputes with a focus on antitrust and competition law. His cases are often high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation in which a positive outcome is critical. Michael’s litigation experience ranges from statutory and constitutional issues of first impression to shareholder activism disputes and price fixing cases. Michael has served as the lead associate in multi-district class action litigation and regularly leads large teams of attorneys through complex discovery processes. Michael also has significant motions practice and appellate experience, having drafted and contributed to the drafting of motions and briefs at every level of the federal judicial system and in multiple state courts. Michael maintains an active pro bono practice focused on appellate matters in state and federal courts.
In addition to his litigation work, Michael has counseled leading tech companies on cutting edge competition issues and Fortune 500 clients in the national security regulatory space.
