Nick Wetzeler
Nick’s principal area of practice is corporate finance and securities law, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation. Nick has assisted private and public company clients in capital markets transactions such as registered offerings of debt and equity securities, private placements of debt and equity securities, and at-the-market continuous offering programs (ATMs). He also advises private and public company clients, including their boards of directors, on securities disclosure, corporate governance and compliance matters.
