Nonku is an Associate in the London office and a member of the Energy Transactions and Projects practice group. She has experience in complex, cross-border private and public M&A transactions including, acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings, alternative mining finance, accelerated bookbuilds, advisory in respect of corporate governance and compliance with the South African Companies Act, due diligence management and Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) transactions. She also has experience in cross-border M&A in the natural resources, tech and pharmaceuticals industries.
