Paige’s principal area of practice is intellectual property law with a primary focus on intellectual property litigation and counseling. She has vast experience in patent litigation, including developing and implementing litigation strategy, infringement and invalidity analyses, risk assessments, and providing general IP counseling. Paige also represents clients in high-stakes trade secret litigation. Prior to practicing law, Paige had a career in the oil and gas industry working for ExxonMobil designing and optimizing refinery process equipment to increase oil production and profit margins.

Assisted in representing a global leader in solar cell technology in patent infringement litigation regarding innovations in solar panel modules
(Fed. Cir., W.D. Tex., PTAB) – Assisted in representing a multinational technology manufacturer in patent infringement litigation related to lithium-ion battery technologies; assisted in obtaining complete reversal at Federal Circuit of trial court’s judgment of invalidity based on indefiniteness
(W.D. Tex.) – Assisted in representing a leading technology solutions provider in trade secret misappropriation case related to gas processing technology
(ED. Tex.) – Assisted with defending a smartphone handset manufacturer in multiple patent infringement matters relating to standard-essential cellular software patents
(S.D. Tex.) – Assisted in representing leading independent manufacturer of downhole drilling motor power sections against competitor in trade secret misappropriation case related to elastomer compounds
(N.D. Tex.) – Assisted in representing major sports team in patent infringement litigation that ended in complete dismissal in favor of the client
