Peter’s practice is focused in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and a variety of public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and joint ventures, as well as general corporate matters. He also has experience in a variety of corporate finance matters.
