Rami represents clients in antitrust matters, with an emphasis on government investigations, antitrust merger review, competition counseling, and civil litigation. Rami has handled antitrust investigations for major transactions across a variety of sectors including technology, energy, infrastructure, and transportation, and has represented third-parties in merger proceedings in the United States and abroad. Rami actively represents clients in civil conduct investigations across the globe, including in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, as well as private civil litigations in the United States. Rami also provides counseling to clients on cutting edge issues relating to digital platforms, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
Rami also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration impact litigation and direct client representation.
