Randi serves as Chief Business Development Officer, globally overseeing the firm’s business development function, with additional oversight for the firm’s charitable efforts and client service programs. Prior to this, Randi was a practicing lawyer at the firm, with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities law, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation. Randi’s capital markets experience includes representation of both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, as well as public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, with a particular focus on master limited partnerships (MLPs).
