Rimal is a member of V&E’s worldwide Energy Transactions and Projects practice group. Her principal areas of practice are representing tax equity investors, private equity funds, sponsors, lenders, borrowers, and other investors in the financing, acquisition and development of electric-generating facilities employing renewable technologies, including wind, solar, and battery storage.
