Robin is an associate in the London M&A and Capital Markets practice. Robin has experience across a range of transactions, including work for a number of private equity and energy clients. He previously spent six months on secondment to V&E’s Dubai office.

Castlelake, L.P., in the acquisition of two aircraft currently on lease to Indonesian airline Super Air Jet as part of a wider acquisition of a portfolio of nine aircraft from an aviation operating company
Castlelake, L.P., in the acquisition of a portfolio of on-lease aircraft from an Icelandic lessor
Helios Towers plc in relation to the acquisition of Airtel’s passive infrastructure operating companies in Madagascar and Malawi and the potential acquisition of Airtel’s passive infrastructure assets in Chad and Gabon, together with related long term service contracts
Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund (MEIF 5) and its portfolio company, Empark, on the group’s issuance of €575 million Senior Secured Notes due 2028 and Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2027 and €100 million Super Senior Revolving Credit Facility
Initial purchasers and super senior facility lenders in a $2.38 billion refinancing by Tullow Oil plc, consisting of a $1.8 billion offering of senior notes and the super senior secured revolving credit facility comprised of a $500 million revolving credit facility and a $100 million letter of credit facility
