
Sam Cross


Sam is an associate in the London Corporate practice. He advises public and private companies and private equity funds on M&A and general corporate matters with a particular focus on complex, cross-border transactions in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources industry sectors. His experience includes acquisitions, disposals, takeovers and schemes, joint ventures, restructures, and corporate governance matters.
