I enjoy collaborating with my clients toward successful outcomes. My experience on both sides of the enforcement docket and as a final decision-maker on permitting matters helps clients find the best posture for resolving alleged violations and securing authorizations for their projects.

I’m really motivated by the development – and purchase and sale – of groundbreaking projects, whether it's a project to unlock the largest known lithium and boron deposit in North America, complex infrastructure or a cutting edge data center project. My focus is on the big picture and finding legal solutions to the critical business issues.
