Todd is a partner in the New York office, and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions/Capital Markets practice. He has experience in a broad range of corporate finance and M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector, including power and renewables, alternative and sustainable fuels, midstream and non-energy infrastructure projects. This experience includes M&A as well as mezzanine credit transactions, preferred and structured equity investments and joint venture arrangements. Todd has a long track record representing leading players in this space, including Ares Capital, Barings, EIG Global Energy Partners, The Carlyle Group, Apollo Global Management, Goldman Sachs and TPG. Prior to rejoining the firm, Todd was Co-Head of Energy Credit at the Carlyle Group.
