Trevor represents equity investors, lenders, sponsors, and project developers in the energy and project finance space. He has extensive renewable energy experience including the financing of wind, solar, and numerous other asset types utilizing a variety of structures. Trevor has worked on many first of their kind transactions as well as some of the largest renewable energy projects in the United States.

Numerous tax equity investors in their initial and continued investments in utility scale wind and solar projects utilizing a variety of structures, including partnership flip transactions, sale leasebacks, and inverted leases involving the deployment of billions of dollars of capital, including over $1 billion in 2020
Tax equity investor in its approximately $350 million tax equity commitment in a 485 MW solar project in Virginia, which is the largest solar facility east of the Rocky Mountains
Sponsor in its first U.S. tax equity financing, with respect to a 90 MW wind farm in Pennsylvania and a 29 MW wind farm in New Hampshire
Tax equity investor in the acquisition of membership interests in a 500 MW portfolio of three wind farms
Tax equity investors in an investment in a wind project in California, which was the first leveraged lease financing of a wind power project
