  • Representing an energy company focused on supplying LNG and developing natural gas infrastructure (namely pipelines and regasification terminals) in a Singapore seated SIAC arbitration and related injunction proceedings, relating to the termination of a Charter Agreement governed by English law

  • Represent manufacturer of solar-energy components in London-seated ICC-Rules contract dispute with European-based solar-plant general contractor, concerning warranty obligations for solar plant in Australia; Case settled at pleading stage

  • Acting for a Chinese contractor in bringing a SIAC arbitration seated in Singapore against the employer in respect of a coal fired power station involving, amongst others, issues of missed milestone payments and defective works

  • Representing a prominent Indian businessman in bringing an LCIA arbitration seated in Singapore in relation to fraud and a breach of directors claim in respect of foreign property investments

  • Acting for a Turkish energy company in disputes with an EPC contractor and a National Bank arising from the financing of and construction of a coal-fired power station in Turkey during the course of the project

  • Acting for a buyer cruise shipping company, in an LMAA arbitration against a ship building contractor in relation to a dispute regarding the construction and delivery of a vessel

  • Acting for a large UK bank in relation to a claim brought in the English High Court by a high-net-worth individual in respect of alleged wrongful FX trading activities

  • Acting for an employer in defending a claim in the Technology and Construction Court against the main contractor in relation to a dispute arising from a high value residential project, also acting in relation to an associated appeal in the Court of Appeal
