Represented a developer of an interstate crude oil pipeline in the Midwest regarding FERC rate and tariff requirements for new pipelines and obtained a declaratory order from FERC regarding shipper commitments and the open season, as well as approval of its tariff
Representing a developer of interstate refined products pipelines in the Gulf Coast region regarding FERC rate and tariff requirements for new pipelines, including associated policies regarding shipper commitments and open seasons
Represented an oil producer in the Rocky Mountain region in negotiating a crude oil Transportation Services Agreement
Represented an oil and gas producer in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. in negotiating a natural gas liquids Transportation Services Agreement
Created a regulatory compliance plan for one of the country’s largest operators of natural gas and liquids pipeline infrastructure
