We represent clients in a variety of areas, such as acquisitions and divestitures, public and private offerings, private equity and venture capital transactions, patent litigation and technology counseling.

In addition to our commitment to client service, we enthusiastically support community involvement and pro bono projects. Our lawyers actively participate in nonprofit organizations, and we frequently partner with other community groups to host events benefiting Central Texas. For more than a decade, our lawyers have partnered with Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas to staff monthly legal advice clinics for low-income clients, and we are five-time recipients of the nonprofit’s Pro Bono Award. In addition, in 2014, V&E received the Access to Justice Award for the Best Pro Bono Firm from American Gateways for the firm’s commitment to work on asylum-related matters.
