Danielle’s practice focuses exclusively in the energy and infrastructure industries, with an emphasis on renewable power and the energy transition. In particular, she represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and project development transactions. Danielle has advised all players in the energy industry, including strategic companies, institutional investors, private equity funds and other financial institutions.
In 2024, Danielle was selected by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner in Energy – Renewable/Alternative Power and was recognized by Chambers USA in Projects: Power & Renewables – Transactional. In 2024, she was also selected by Lawdragon to the 500 Leading Energy Lawyers list.
Danielle is a Co-Practice Group Leader of V&E’s Energy Transactions and Projects group.

Enbridge (US) Inc. in its $1.2 billion acquisition of seven operating U.S. landfill gas-to-renewable natural gas facilities in Texas and Arkansas from Morrow Renewables
LSB Industries in its agreement with Lapis Energy for the development of a project to capture and permanently sequester CO2 from ammonia production at LSB’s El Dorado, Arkansas facility
SUSI Partners AG in a joint venture with SMT Energy to develop, own and operate multiple battery energy storage systems in the United States, including 10 battery energy storage system in South Texas with a combined capacity of 100 MW
NALA Renewables and Buckeye Partners in connection with the acquisition of and joint venture structuring for, the Swift Current Energy portfolio, a US portfolio of development wind and solar assets in excess of 10GW, including the construction and term financing and tax equity investments in the portfolio assets

Antero Resources Corporation in the $220 million sale of a volumetric production payment, covering dry gas producing properties in West Virginia, to an affiliate of J.P. Morgan
Momentum Midstream in the sale of a gathering system and gathering pipeline in the Haynesville shale of Louisiana owned by Momentum and Indigo Natural Resources to DTE Midstream for $2.25 billion in cash, plus a $400 million milestone payment upon completion of the gathering pipeline
