Mike Telle is a seasoned corporate lawyer who focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and other transactions for a variety of clients in the energy sector.
One of the best known public company attorneys in the energy space, Mike brings more than twenty years of experience as well as a collaborative and commercial approach to his practice.
In addition, he counsels clients on private merger & acquisition transactions, joint ventures and private capital raising transactions.
